Jenkell presents her new private collection
A self-taught artist, Laurence Jenkell has gained global recognition for her iconic twisted-candy sculptures. Working with materials such as Plexiglas, aluminum, bronze, and Murano glass, she explores themes of memory, identity, and a shared sense of sweetness. Her works have been exhibited in over 50 countries and included in numerous private and public collections.
Contemporary artist Laurence Jenkell—a *Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres* and a major figure on the international art scene—is taking over Espace 22 in Monaco for an exceptional pop-up event. For the occasion, the artist is unveiling a selection from her private collection alongside recent works—including sculptures and paintings—offering the public and collectors a unique immersion into her artistic world.
To extend the experience, exclusive “Art & Wine Tasting” after-work events will be held Monday through Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., in an intimate setting limited to around 30 guests per evening. These special gatherings will allow participants to discover the artworks in a convivial and intimate atmosphere.
A raffle is being organized as part of these evenings, with the draw taking place on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Three prizes, with a value of up to €1,500, will be awarded, adding an extra dimension of sharing and engagement to the event.
Conceived as a meeting place for art, collectors, and enthusiasts, this pop-up offers an elegant setting to discover the world of Laurence Jenkell in the heart of Monaco.
