Bonsai Club Of Monaco exhibition
Espace 22 is proud to welcome the Bonsai Club of Monaco who for a limited period will exhibit traditional japanese art in a very zen ambiance at Espace 22. These art pieces, about fifty, are part of the private collections of the club’s members. The traditional bonsai will be presented along other typical japanese art such as the origami made by Sami Andoumi, the tokonomas landscapes, the unworked natural stones named suisekis or the netsuke ivory sculptures.
The Monaco bonsai club was created in 1990 by André Campana and its objective is of course to show the general public the art of japanese bonsai art but also propose collective maintenance, training and restructuring work, provision of tools and materials for those who wish to learn. The club is very active and regularly proposes demonstrations and exhibitions. For more information on the club's life and contact information please visit the club's website.
